so i took a long break from art in general. it was mainly so i wouldnt be fried on art once i started school. i've also developed a back problem and had to work on a better set up for myself. that's pretty much the short version. anyway, i'm back to work as far as art is concerned. im no where near the pace i was at last summer but im trying to find a happy balance between obsessive creation and productivity. i just finished my first two art classes ever(aside from photography in high school). i did well in both of em so im pretty pleased. no art classes over the summer i'm gonna try to implement some of the basic drawing things i learned over the spring while i take care of a ton of psych requirements for school. my gpa rose faster that i thought it would so i need to come to a concrete decision on a school. right now it's between transferring to the ou main campus or follow through with ccad. they both have their pros and cons that still need much weighing. i'm still pretty set on majoring in sculpture. if i get ambitious i might try to snag a tattoo apprenticeship withing the next 6 months to a year. we'll see.

i need to either: complete at least one sculpture before the beginning of fall quarter or get a few studies/maquettes for a future sculpture. if anybody wants to trade for or buy something particular please let me know.

i've been slackin just a bit. things are happening faster than i expected and i still have a lot of work to do. i have to try to stay on point but maintain some patience.

i'll have some new stuff up soon.
